A Delicious Giveaway for 3…….well, delicious if you use your winnings!

It was such a pleasure to have them posting here each week for the last several weeks. I’m sad that our series has now ended.Â

And I am so excited to share one last little piece of them with you today.
A perfect little giveaway…….for 3 separate winners.
In case you had no idea, Kate and Sara have worked furiously to create a wonderful compilation of tried and true recipes……..in a solid cookbook format. You know, so you can have original and delicious recipes from Kate and Sara, right at your finger tips. And in front of you on your kitchen counter. Nothing beats a brand new cookbook on the counter, with your favorite recipes marked and ready to be tested.
When
my sisters were here last month, we flipped through my copy of the Our Best Bites cookbook, and made at least 3 of the recipes while they were here. And loved every single one. We seriously gasped each time we found a recipe we wanted to try and said, “Oh YUM, let’s make this…” and then found another recipe and would say, “No, wait, let’s make this one!” After we settled on our menu for the week, they both asked several times, “Now, when can we order this cookbook again?”
Well sisters of mine, Jodi and April, (and my other sister Shannon, Robin and Lori…..because you’ll love this too) the book was just released this week.Â
It is now available for purchase here.Let me share with the rest of you why this is on the top of my cookbook stack right now.
First of all, this cookbook is like the perfect little “tried and true” cookbook that is full of your soon-to-be-favorite recipes. It’s the type of treasure you’ll want to gift to friends and family. Because you know they’ll love it.
(In fact, friends and family of mine, don’t buy this. Just wait for your birthday and you’ll be receiving one in the mail. Ha!)
Let me just give you a little sneak peek inside:
One of my favorite features? Every recipe has a picture.
And seriously, a picture sells me on the recipe. Every. Single. Time.
And let me tell you, this recipe book is a thick and substantial book. Check out all of those pages.
Oh, and the spiral format is perfect to keep that cookbook open on the counter. Love cookbooks like that.
And not only are there recipes, but there are random little tricks and tutorials throughout the cookbook. Kate and Sara offer the best bits of advice that you will love trying.
There is also an index of Rollover Ingredients. So if you have purchased an ingredient that you normally don’t use (or an ingredient you’d like to use up), there is an index listing the page number of other recipes needing that particular ingredient. Such a clever idea.
And then where applicable, a rollover list is noted next to the recipes.
Another favorite feature? The cookbook includes an attachable bookmark that has quick measurement conversions on it. No more trying to remember those darn conversions from math class. Ha!
And they offer the best add-on features to each recipe. Take this Chili Lime Steak recipe for example.
It’s yummy all on its own…
………but along with the recipe, they have included ideas of what to serve with this recipe (and page numbers to find those suggestions) and then even give another little recipe off to the side, to turn the dish into a salad.
Okay, I could go on. But then I would end up posting every single page of the cookbook. And I better not.
So, go ahead, try and tell me I’m wrong, but don’t these pictures scream, “Make me! Now!”??
