Remember this post where my husband was heading out to an interview for grad school? Well, good news is that he got in. (We’ll be moving in December.) Yay….we’re so excited to move on! And sad news is that production in my etsy shop will be slowing down. What does that mean? I have decided to stop selling my baby booties and the little boy ties. (Awwww…..it’s even hard to type that.) Those little booties and ties have been my little loves. Weird, I know. But I’ve grown attached…….and each times I would make the booties or ties for one of you, my little heart would melt. I have loved imagining which sweet little baby would soon be wearing one of my creations. Loved it. (and maybe I need therapy……….my strange attachment probably isn’t healthy. Ha!)

But I actually have some even better news. I have had countless requests for the patterns for each of these items and I have decided to perfect my pattern and offer to all of you who are interested. With moving/packing/transitioning, I will not have time to make and send out as many orders, so I thought this would be the perfect time to offer the pattern in my etsy shop. So, for those of you who sew…the pattern will be available for purchase sometime in the future. But I also realize that some of you don’t sew, so I will still be offering my ties and booties for 2 more weeks. And then all orders for them will end.

Last day to order ties and booties from my shop: October 24th.

(purse, skirt, and dress patterns will still be available.)

So if you have have a special occasion coming up and you’d like to order…..go ahead and do so before October 24th. Or……..just wait until the pattern comes out and you can make your own. Or have a friend or mom make them for you. Perfect.

And just so you know……this blog will be continuing on just like always. You won’t see much of a slow down until December…..but I’ll keep you posted on that. No biggee!!

And really, I just have to say thanks to all of you. Thanks for reading. Thanks for supporting me and my sometimes quirky projects. And thank you for your support. Okay, and those sweet comments. I always love them……every single one.
