Pictures from Moscow, ID

I was sent some pictures from Moscow, ID the other day.  (No, not Russia!)  They are pictures of a project completed by a women’s group who got together to make these sweet little animals for a nearby children’s hospital.
Awwww, what a fabulous group of talented women.  With a great eye for color!
They used this tutorial and my heart couldn’t feel happier.  These women used my simple idea but took it much further and created  a whole collection of darling elephants and giraffe’s to share with sweet little children who are sick or mending in the hospital.  I love their purpose…..and love all of those happy colors.  And I can’t help but think of the smile they will bring to many small children.
Just look at the whole pile of them…..waiting to cheer up a new friend.
They even made them multi-colored by using different colors on both sides.  So perfect.
Anyway, just wanted to share what others are making.
And thanks to you women who got together to use your sewing skills for the little ones in your area.

I’m sure you will be putting many smiles on those sweet faces.

(And thanks……..makes me want to find a children’s hospital around here in GA.)
