Bummer. Seriously. So sorry some of your prints aren't coming out very well. Email me if you're having any trouble and I can send you an email for them to be able to get the canvas re-printed (makeitandloveit@gmail.com)
Also, thanks for the phone number anonymous. That was helpful too!
Good luck…..and I hope that the rest of you are enjoying your canvases! :)
Call 516-513-1236. That's the number that showed up on my credit card statement for the company. You'll need to dial 18 for customer service. I emailed them days ago because they charged my card a completely different amount than the confirmation price I received on their website. I was not happy about that and they never even responded. Then I checked my order status online yesterday and it only showed 2 out of the 3 canvases I ordered. I was fed up so I called that number today and I spoke to a lady named Donna right away. She did not know why my order was all messed up but she was able to canceled my order for me over the phone & refund my card. She was super helpful and sweet. Unfortunately, after the hassle I have gone through with them within the last few days, I will not be ordering from them again.
Hey I was actually coming to see if you had contact info for Canvas People.
The e-mails I've sent have come back undeliverable. I've called and left messages 3 times (you can't just call and talk to someone you have to call and leave a message and wait for a return call). I wasn't sure if you were in touch with anyone there since you have written about them that maybe should come.
I ordered a canvas from your last post and like the others who have commented it looks so horrible. It's all yellow, and the people are fuzzy. The picture I sent them was clear, crisp, amazing color…I am so disappointed as it was intended to be a birthday gift for my husband but it turned out so badly. I just want them to fix the canvas.
I ordered one and got it a couple of weeks ago! I think that it looks pretty good!…
Really? I'm surprised to hear several of you had bad experiences. Darn. I ordered 2 and they turned out great, that's why I spread the word. (And I have 2 more on the way.) I know several people who have ordered them and loved them…..so I'm not sure what the deal is. I'm so sorry that several of you have had a bad experience with them. Hopefully these were a coincidental few that had a bad experience and there are more that love theirs?? I hope so…….because that's why I shared that great deal with everyone. Bummer, bummer.
Lovely.

I ordered one a while back…it was a black and white canvas. It came back with a slight greenish tint to it, but you can only really notice when a light is on it. I hung it in the hallway near my daughter's room, which is mostly dark (we rarely turn the hall light on) so it's fine, but I won't be ordering another one…even though they sent me a $50 off coupon to use on my next order. I'm a photographer who uses a pro lab for prints–even though I have to pay a little more for them from my lab, it's definitely worth it….
Me too. I was super dissapointed. The colors where so different than the original picture. I would never buy from them again
I also ordered some canvases based on your last post and the color was so warm and orange it ruined the picture. The picture I submitted was nothing like the canvas I received, I would NOT recommend canvaspeople to ANYONE. Really disappointed.
I have to let people know because I LOVE canvas prints & took advantage of an offer Canvas People ran a few weeks ago. I just got my print & the quality is terrible!
I sent in a fabulous photo that was edited perfectly & it came back washed out, looking horrific.
I do NOT recommend doing any business with this company. The customer service was atrocious as well.
Go with another company like Canvas On Demand!
I agree with Deborah. I ordered one a few weeks back and it was very very yellow. The picture I sent was great. I used to work in a photo studio and we did canvas prints so I know what they should look like. But I really wasn't happy with the one they sent. Not sure if I'd try it again.
Hate to say it, but I ordered one based on your last post, and got it Tuesday. The color is awful – everything has a yellow tint, and the people have a "halo" effect all around their bodies. Definitely NOT what I was expecting. The photo I sent them was great, nothing was wrong with it. I was hoping to order more for Christmas presents, but wanted to see what the quality was like for the one I ordered. I'll definitely be contacting them. I am NOT happy. Sorry.
darnit I'm not home to have access to the pictures on my computer!
