Alright, I just had to make a tutu. I used to sell them but haven’t made one in a while. And I love seeing them on little girls. Something about having one on…….forces a little girl to twirl. And in some rare occasions, scream until you take it off because they hate everything frilly.
Okay, and I had these little shoes that I wanted to give-away…..so I made a tutu that matched. And a little ‘ol bow. Girls are sure fun to dress. I promise the next kid giveaway will be for a boy. They are fun too. Just not as cute wearing a bow in their hair.
This tutu will fit size 2T up to even a 4T. I made the waist with elastic and instead of sewing the elastic at the appropriate size, I tied the loose ends in a bow so that you could adjust the waist yourself……whoever you are, winner.
However, the shoes fit a size 6-7 in toddler sizes. Sorry, they’re not adjustable. :o) Oh, and they’re not made for outside use. They’re actually more like slippers at this size. (Or ballet slippers.) They do have a non-skid sole but are not made to wear outdoors. I made some for my little girl and she loves to wear them indoors……especially while it’s cold.
And the clip……yup, it’ll fit anyone. It’s an alligator clip that’s lined with a no-slip-grip so you can just swoop some hair to the side, clip it in, and it’ll stay right there. Or slide it through a ponytail……whatever you like.
