These hair accessories are super easy and turn out so darling. All you need is a package (or 2 or 3) of cover button kits. They are only $1-$2 at Wal-Mart and come in a few different sizes.
The kit explains how to put everything together and it’s about a 3 minute project. Really. Make sure to trim all of the excess fabric off around the edges but leave enough to be tucked in under the button back.
After you snap the back on, push a hair band through the metal loop. Then loop one end of the band through the other and pull it though tightly.
You can even attach 2 buttons for a fun color combination.
Fun for kids, teens, and even adults. Go on…..try it out!
I totally love all of your products!! :) but can you please make a tutorial about making one of those Bendini hair clips, or any hair clips that will fit with a teenager like me?
I got addicted. I made some for my future little girls and some bigger ones for me! I even made some into hair clips or used some to go in the middle of fake flowers for flower clips or hair ties! Thx for striking the creative gene in me to inspire me to make them. lol!
I can’t get over how fun and cute your blog is! I just love your stuff. I have a little boy and he would look so handsome in one of your ties, I’m headed to your etsy store right now!! Sorry, this is my second comment of the day! :)
