Something crazy (and time/brain/emotion consuming) is going on in this household and I’m still trying to digest the changes that are happening here. I know, totally vague and totally annoying to you, my sweet readers. But a few more details have to happen before sharing. Don’t worry, it’s nothing bad, scary or unfortunate. But that’s why I’ve been a little MIA lately. I’ll share soon though, I promise. :)
In the meantime, my kids have been asking what kind of Valentine’s they can bring to school this year. Just a reminder, my kids LOVE cutting/gluing/assembling/(making messes)/etc……..so, Valentine’s is kinda their thing. Don’t get me wrong though, store bought Valentine’s have been our friend several times in the past. But, since we have more than 2 weeks to spare, we’re going to jump on this and toss glitter and foam cutouts around this weekend!
I shared several of my favorite Valentine’s Day Card ideas last year……and have even more “favorites” this year. So, if you’re going to pull out the glue, glitter, and craft paper this weekend too, maybe some of these ideas will inspire you!
Let me know if you find some others!

I’m guessing a puppy?
Such adorable and peppy ideas!!! Well connected with kids and teenage love, especially the orange candies, ‘I’m bananas,’ and paper heart pouches. This post has filled my heart with Valentine’s bubbles. I will try them to give to my kids. Thanks for sharing!!

These are so cute! I made some for each of my kids this year too- I’m usually last minute and go the store bought route. Here’s a link for the free printables: https://mama-says-sew.blogspot.com/2015/01/valentines-day-treats-with-free.html?m=1
Hey Ashley,
Hope everything is fine! Take care.
I love all of these ideas, thanks for sharing! My oldest daughter just HAD to use Hi-Chews for her Valentine treat last year, so I designed a little printable to go along with them…and she actually liked it so much, she is requesting to use the same idea again this year for her kindergarten class. :) If you’re interested you can see/dowload at gdesigned.blogspot.com.
Love your ideas. so simple to make and the kids will love make them and receiving. Wishing you love and happiness with your growing family. I can understand why your having trouble catching up. God Bless you now and always.
