Cinnamon Stick Candle Holder
I got this idea from Joann’s fabric store. I thought it would make an easy little project to do last minute.
No sewing involved for those of you who don’t have a sewing machine. (I know, several of the projects I do are with the sewing machine. I’ll try to even it out a bit. :o))
All you need:
Hot glue them to the side of your holder, making sure that the sticks don’t go lower than the bottom edge of your holder.
Tie a ribbon on, or add a mini pine cone……….or both.
Enjoy.
I did the same but with sticks I collected from my garden.
It looked very nice. Thank you!!!!!!
I need a tutorial for how you tied such a perfect little bow, my bows always have one tail up and one down!
I love candles and I love cinammon, so this is sooo appropriate!
I have also done them inside the candles. It works great when you get the lovely scents around the home :)
I too have 2 little ones and like you do not want (nor have the time) to spend doing complicated, time-consuming stuff, so your blog is ideal for me!
Thanks for all the lovely ideas,
Bird
Im having a Fall inspired dinner in a few weeks and these would be perfect. Now I hope I can find the time to make them!
I love this one too. So simple, but pretty! What a nice touch. You are so good at crafts!
i absolutely love this blog! Amazing projects, i’ll have to try some!
I love the cinnamon sticks! If you want a similar idea you can make one with a round vase and candy canes. You just put a rubber band around the vase and slip the candy canes behind the rubber band one at a time with the “hook” pointing out,and tie a ribbon around to hide the rubber band. it looks really pretty if you put red roses in the vase. You are more than welcome to make one and post it on your blog!
