Decorate My Home, Part 16 – Bathroom Decor

Remember the curtains I just made?
That bathroom needed more to brighten it up.
Those walls were painfully bare.
And I was really diggin’ this fabric by Laura Gunn… I couldn’t help but use more of the collection.
I attached this fabric panel along one end of each hand towel the same way I attached the fabric panel to the shower curtain.
And I made a fabric wall hanging, the same way I made the wall hangings here.
That was it.
Now the bathroom is a bit more complete.
And gosh, makes me want to use it more often.
Hmmmm……I’m not sure if that’s a good thing.
And hey, have a great weekend.
It’s Spring.
But if there are no blooming flowers yet where you live… are welcome to come and hang out in my bathroom.  Just sayin’.

Michaela, I just want you to know that my mom would be so sad that I didn't fold my towels in thirds. That mom of mine is the queen of towel folding and I can't believe that I actually posted a picture of a towel folded incorrectly. I'm not sure why I did even……maybe to show more of the trim?? Shhhh…..don't tell her! :)

I am so loving this fabric too! I also appreciate how creative you are!
I love getting your e-mail updates and was sooo happy to see this today.
However I have towel O.C.D. and couldn't help but notice how you folded your towels. Trust me, it makes a difference and even my hubby is a convert to how I was taught to fold. Just lay your towel down flat. Fold in each side 1/3 of the way. When you turn it over there are no exposed edges!
So, even at the risk of being a laughing stock I couldn't resist sharing! Please forgive me!
