A few things (and recipes)……before Thanksgiving arrives!

Thanksgiving is in, oh, 2 days…….and I had one more thing to share.  But it may just have to turn into a Christmas Dinner decoration.  Ah well.  I’ll share it one of these days. :)  (Along with some fun Christmas gift ideas!!!!!)

Until then, I almost forgot about my Burlap Table Runner that I made from last year, that I need to pull out……PRONTO!!

Remember, the leaves already came printed on the burlap……and was a super quick project to make.  There’s still time to make one if you’d like one too! :)

And then, once the runner is in place……..the table can be set and each of the Name Ribbons can be wrapped around each plate setting.

Then, it’s time to start making, baking, and stuffing the bird.

We’re trying a few new recipes this year (which is risky when company is coming, right?!?!) but I decided that if none of us like a particular dish…..there will be like 17 other sides to choose from! :)  No biggie.

Here are some recipes that we’re still trying to narrow down:

Sausage Cranberry Stuffing

Hasselback Sweet Potatoes

Sweet Potato Casserole

Sweet Corn Spoonbread

Artichoke Parmesan Sourdough Stuffing

Salted Caramel Apple Pie

Creamy and Smoked Baked Mashed Potatoes

Cheesy Bacon Green Bean Casserole

Baked Cheesy and Spicy Potatoes

Ultimate Creamed Corn

Mini Apple Tarts

Mmmmmmmmm……….I’m so ready for food, family, and some holiday cheer!

I hope many of you are doing the same! :)
